Truck General Info.
A: Yes! As long as you have space, we can bring the Truk to your location.
Space Requirements:
- Large Group (Max 36): At least 15yd x 15yd
- Small Group (Max 12): At least 10yd x 10yd
- Truk Dimensions: 28.5 ft long × 8.5 ft wide × 11 ft 4 in clearance (~17,000 lbs)
Accessibility: The Truk must be able to pull in smoothly—no steep hills, alleys, or narrow passages.
Important: You must have landlord/host approval and ensure there’s enough space. No refunds will be given if we arrive and the site is unsuitable.
We monitor the weather closely and provide advance notice when possible.
- Events: 1- 3 days’ notice, depending on severity.
- Drop in classes: Announced at least 8 hours in advance.
- Evening classes: Notified by 8 AM the same day.
- Morning classes: Notified by 8 PM the night before.
- Rescheduling: All postponed sessions receive a credit for future use.
- The Truk is a fully equipped mobile gym that brings the ultimate outdoor fitness experience to any open space—fields, parking lots, cul-de-sacs, and driveways.
- We offer open access to the gym during open gym sessions, or host our signature all-in-one strength, HIIT, and conditioning class, which can accommodate up to 36 people for events, boot camps, and corporate wellness programs.
Group Bookings:
- 30+ days’ notice: Full refund
- 11–29 days’ notice: 50% refund
- 10 days notice or less: No refund
Individual Sign-Ups and Memberships:
- Drop-in classes: All sales are final, but cancellations result in a credit is available for future use.
- Recurring subscriptions: Require 30 days’ notice for cancellation.

All In Fit’s Business Athlete Program is a performance-driven system designed for professionals who want improve their performance in and beyond the workplace. Its group-centric focus keeps people encouraged, while the individualized programming fosters results.
Pricing is customized based on:
- Number of sessions per week
- Team size
- Add-on services
- Employer subsidy (if applicable)
Packages range from $1,200 to $10,000 per month. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your team’s needs!
The program requires a minimum 3-month commitment, (the time for real results to show), and we offer discount rates at 12+ months commitments.

Yes! We offer three Truk booking options:
- Truk Small Group Event – Up to 12 athletes (75-minute booking)
- Truk Large Group Event – Up to 36 athletes (75-minute booking)
- ALL IN Truk Event – Unlimitered athletes – A 4-hour booking (including, setup, breakdown), with up to 3 workouts, games, DEXA scans, and more.
For groups larger than 36 athletes, we recommend booking two sessions or a Truk Event to ensure everyone gets the full experience.

We offer two types of VO₂ testing: Active and Resting.
Active VO₂ Max Test – You’ll wear a mask while working at increasing intensity on a treadmill, bike, or rower until you reach your maximum effort.
Resting Metabolic Test – Done while laying down and relaxed, this test measures how many calories your body burns at rest, helping to determine your optimal nutrition and training needs.
We come to you for in-home testing or can direct you to one of our testing locations.
Our DEXA scanner provides a detailed breakdown of muscle mass, body fat percentage, inflammation, and more in just 60 seconds, using advanced bioelectrical impedance (BIA) technology.
- Quick & Easy – No pinching, or tape measures – just a hands-free, private scan that captures precise body measurements in 60 seconds.
- 3D Report – See a visual model of your body, key health metrics, and metabolic insights.
- Data-Driven Plans – Review your results with a coach to learn how to optimize your training and diet.
We bring this service on-site to businesses and communities, offering flexible 2-hour, 4-hour, and 8-hour booking options.
Currently, we offer DEXA scans for group bookings such as gym orientations, the business athletes program, and other health events.
We’d be happy to set up a customized event for your business, community, or employer.
Yes! For athletes who want extra support outside of in-person sessions, we offer fitness and nutrition coaching tailored to your individual goals.
Through our app, you’ll be able to track workouts, nutrition, habits, and progress. Each month, we adjust your program based on your growth.
You’ll also be connected to the AIF community, where athletes share milestones, motivate each other, and receive expert fitness and nutrition tips from our coaches.
We charge a one-time setup fee of $150 for the program and offer the following subscription options:
- $40 per week for a customized fitness plan + coach support
- $50 per week for a customized fitness plan + coach support + nutrition plan
For a limited time only, we’re offering $50 off the setup fee and a special rate of just $10 per week (fitness plan only), or $15 per week (fitness + nutrition) for your first three months!
truk classes
Our classes are designed to provide a dynamic, full-body workout. Here’s a breakdown:
- Solo Strength: You’ll rotate through various stations, focusing on strength exercises and pushing yourself to hit rep and set goals within your station’s time interval.
- Partner HIIT: In this section, your partner becomes your coach, helping with timing and motivation. You’ll move through stations with varying set times and intensities. Push yourself and your partner – you’re in it together!
- Team Conditioning: Work together with your group for team relays or supersets. This is all about collaboration and finishing strong together.
Every session is full-body, progressive, and high-energy. You’ll hit 12 stations and always leave feeling stronger, knowing that you went ALL IN.
Currently, we offer drop-in classes for a flexible fitness experience. However, we’re excited to announce that memberships will be available soon!
